It doesn't have to be material, a kind word or compliment, a smile or kind act can lift someone's spirits in ways material things can't. Keep the energy flowing share your time, resources, talent, gifts, anything you wish, remember what we pray or wish for others, we pray for ourselves.

I remember my Grandmother waking the household extra early on Sunday mornings and holidays. She gathered us into the living room, still in night clothes with sleep in our eyes, for prayer meeting. A member of the first missionary women‘s group in her town, a strong woman who visited the sick and prayed healing prayers. These days, it seems we hardly make time. These days, we need prayer more than ever. As women, we deal with high stress and pressure, no matter what the crisis is, we still have to cook dinner.
